With version 1.4.2Dokky PRO” introduces a New System for viewing the Changelog and Script Updates, directly from the administrator back-end.

Dokky PRO Updates

This New System is initialized during new installations, but can also be integrated into previous ones, with an additional package, available to old Customers.

In this new method, “Dokky PRO” owners can view the changes in the Script Changelog in Real Time directly from the ScriptNet Solutions API and update the version change, simply with 1 click.

It will no longer be necessary to access the Official ScriptNet Solutions Shop or other Online Sites; all these operations, which keep your Dokky PRO updated with the latest Features and Safe, can be done on site.

How to Perform Updates and Upgrades

As mentioned, the procedure for performing Updates or Upgrades is very simple and completely automated.
In the Administrator Menu there is a new section “Check Updates“.

On this page, the changelog dedicated to Dokky PRO will be displayed in real time, also indicating your current version and whether the system requirements support the new versions.

Dokky PRO -Updates & Upgrades

After having made a backup of your site for safety, you can simply press the indicated button and in a few seconds, your Script will be updated with the new Files or the changes related to the new version.

NOTE: The script safely imports Updates and Upgrades packages directly from the ScriptNet Solutions mainframe.

It is possible that files already present in Dokky PRO, will be overwritten.
For this reason, in case your Script has been customized with changes, these will be lost.

If you have previously made changes to the Script, we suggest you to open a technical support ticket, so that the ScriptNet Solutions Team can help you step by step, in the Update or Upgrade operation manually and avoid losing the changes made.

This update system only works with valid Dokky PRO installations; pirated or nulled copies cannot work…sorry ;D
